PHILIPPINES — Aspiring real estate professionals across the country are on edge as the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced that the results of the April 2026 Real Estate Broker Licensure Examination (REBLE) will be released soon. The PRC urged examinees to stay tuned to its official website and social media channels for the announcement.
The examination was administered on April 16, 2026, at testing centers nationwide, including Cagayan de Oro, Manila, Cebu, Davao, and other key cities. Once released, the list of passers will mark the entry of a new cohort of licensed brokers into the Philippine real estate market — a sector that continues to drive homeownership and property development across the country.
For the Filipino homebuyer, a licensed broker is a trusted guide through the complexities of purchasing a property. As major real estate projects expand beyond Metro Manila into provincial growth hubs like Cagayan de Oro, Iloilo, and Davao, the demand for qualified, ethical brokers has never been higher.
Successful examinees will be required to complete online registration and attend the oathtaking ceremony before they can practice. The PRC advised candidates to regularly check its official website at www.prc.gov.ph for the latest updates.
