CAGAYAN DE ORO – Property consultant gatherings take place often under Filipino Homes, a real estate agency aiming to inform its team. Recently, one such meeting occurred here, turning attention toward housing projects by Cebu Landmasters Inc. This developer operates widely across the Visayas and Mindanao areas. Information shared during the event centered on CLI’s current residential range.
These sessions occur often at the brokerage's offices. They keep agents updated on new developments and available inventory for buyers. The CLI seminar showed participants the company’s current portfolio and pipeline projects. It refreshed their memory of the developer’s past work. It also introduced new inventory for clients in the coming months.
Filipino Homes operates across the Philippines, rooted in Cagayan de Oro yet reaching far beyond. Spread out through many areas, it functions as a major player among local real estate brokerages. Transactions involving purchase, lease, or sale are managed from several hubs, especially within Mindanao - places like Iligan, Dipolog, and its home base stand out. Content on their website often highlights upcoming developments, targeting growing urban zones. Alongside listings, practical advice appears frequently, aiming to inform clients and agents alike about value and timing. Learning seems built into their approach, quietly shaping how people view property choices.
Sessions of this kind hold weight for CLI. Since starting in 2003, the developer from Cebu has completed over 130 projects spread through 18 urban areas - these include homes in high-rises, workspaces, lodging facilities, and combined-purpose communities. Though earlier efforts centered on Visayas and Mindanao, recent actions suggest a shift toward wider reach.
Last month saw CLI unveil a broader alliance with NTT UD Asia, targeting an eight-tower urban complex in Pasig City - an effort signaling its debut amid Metro Manila’s dense real estate landscape. Expected before December closes, the endeavor follows prior joint work on The Wave Towers within Cebu IT Park.
Closer to home for Cagayan de Oro agents, CLI has been active in their own backyard. The company is currently developing the 14.6-hectare Manresa Town, an integrated university township near Xavier University. Their first residential project there, One Manresa Place, reportedly generated P4 billion in sales within two days of launching and is now 99 percent sold.
The company is also funding construction of a P120-million access road linking Masterson Avenue to Balulang Road, intended to improve connectivity between uptown and downtown Cagayan de Oro.
For brokers who attend these product knowledge sessions, that kind of on-the-ground development gives them something tangible to discuss with buyers. Product knowledge seminars are routine in real estate, but when the developer has active projects in the same city, the information lands differently.
