Filipino Homes recently opened its 137th franchise office in Panglao, Bohol, located in Dao, Dauis, pushing forward as one of the country’s fastest-growing real estate networks. This move lines up with the government’s big push for more affordable housing through the Marcos administration’s 4PH program.
The new branch runs under the leadership of Real Estate Broker Shiela Avergonzado and operates with Leuterio Realty and Brokerage. Founder and CEO Anthony Gerard O. Leuterio shared the news on social media, highlighting how the network keeps on growing.
“Today is a special day for Filipino Homes as we celebrate the opening of our 137th franchise office—with two new branches launching on the same day!” Leuterio said. “Big congratulations to our new Panglao, Bohol office headed by our Real Estate Broker, Boss Shiela Avergonzado! Your leadership and commitment will surely open more opportunities and better service to our kababayans in Bohol.”
Aligning with a National Housing Push
Panglao’s opening comes as the Philippine government pushes hard to boost housing. Back in March 2026, the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) rolled out its expanded 4PH Program—Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino—with interest rates dropping to 3%. That’s a big deal for anyone hoping to own a home. And right before that, DHSUD put more than 20,000 housing units on display in Central Luzon during a major housing fair. It’s pretty clear: the government’s really backing the housing sector right now.
By planting a flag in Panglao—a fast-growing tourist hub with increasing residential and commercial demand—Filipino Homes positions itself to help meet the rising need for quality housing in provincial growth centers.
“Real estate is a multiplier—every house sold supports up to 60 families,” Leuterio made it clear upon receiving the International Realtor® of the Year award from the National Association of Realtors (NAR) in 2024: “We don’t just sell properties; we build communities.”
A Platform Built for Scale
From day one, Filipino Homes set out to be more than just another real estate network. Backed by Leuterio Realty and Brokerage—a licensed firm that’s been around since 2008—it’s become a big name across the Philippines. The secret? A tech-driven platform, a nationwide team of licensed agents, and a full menu of options: house and lot packages, condos, commercial real estate, even foreclosed properties
The new Panglao office is just the latest move in an ongoing expansion plan. The brand keeps pushing further into the provinces, with 137 offices already open and 150 within reach. That means more Filipino families get personalized service, no matter where they’re located.
Looking Ahead
Anthony Leuterio and his team continue to pursue aggressive growth, aiming to support both homebuyers and real estate professionals through training, digital tools, and a strong franchise model.
“I can attest to the immense value being an International Realtor® Member brings to real estate brokers and agents,” Leuterio said. “It offers an unrivaled platform for networking, accessing cutting-edge resources, and honing skills through world-class educational events.”
For aspiring realtors, his advice remains clear: “Always level up your service, don’t take shortcuts, and prioritize both buyers and sellers. Build connections, especially with fellow Filipinos, and stay up-to-date with trends. Most importantly, never stop learning.”
