The Clark Development Corporation (CDC) has introduced an automatic permit renewal system for qualified locators inside Clark Freeport, a move designed to reduce red tape, lower compliance costs, and strengthen investor confidence.
Under the new system, businesses in good standing no longer need to undergo the traditional manual renewal process each cycle. Instead, eligible locators are automatically included in a “green list,” allowing uninterrupted operations and greater business certainty.
At launch, around 220 locators qualified for the program, reflecting Clark’s growing reputation as one of the country’s most business-friendly investment hubs.
The reform also received recognition from the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA), which described the initiative as a milestone in improving ease of doing business and attracting more investors into Clark.
For Pampanga, this development goes beyond permits.
Simpler business processes encourage companies to expand faster, hire more workers, and invest more confidently in the region. That growth naturally creates stronger demand for housing, commercial spaces, retail developments, and support services across Pampanga.
At Homes.ph Pampanga, this is exactly the kind of signal that matters.
Because when Clark becomes easier for businesses to operate in, it becomes even more valuable for people to live, invest, and build in.
