The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Cavite, in partnership with Go Negosyo, is now accepting applications for the 2026 Kapatid Mentor ME – Money Market Encounter (KMME-MME) Online Multi-Sectoral Batch 2 Program, offering free mentorship to help local entrepreneurs scale their businesses.
What KMME Offers to Cavite Entrepreneurs
The Kapatid Mentor ME (KMME) program is designed to help Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) scale up through a structured mentorship approach focusing on the 3Ms: Mentorship, Money, and Market . Over the course of 10 modular sessions held twice a week, participants gain practical knowledge covering marketing, financial management, human resources, operations, and business law. The program culminates in the preparation of a Business Improvement Plan (BIP), which mentees must defend before a panel of industry and finance experts.
DTI Cavite has a strong track record of implementing KMME, having produced over 120 graduate mentees within the first six years of its implementation alone . The program is 100% free for qualified participants and is conducted online via Zoom, making it accessible to entrepreneurs across the province . DTI Cavite also maintains an online directory of KMME-assisted MSMEs through its e-Sigaw platform, connecting graduates with wider market opportunities.

To qualify for the Cavite provincial batch, applicants must be the owner, co-owner, or partner of a business physically operating in Cavite .
