Located along General MacArthur Highway in Matina, this new landmark is the result of a powerhouse partnership between Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) and YHEST Realty and Development Corporation. The three-level retail hub was inaugurated during the 89th Araw ng Dabaw celebrations, themed “A Taste of Global Flavors,” and was graced by key city officials including Vice Mayor Rodrigo “Rigo” Duterte II. Designed as a community-centric space, the pavilion offers a carefully curated mix of global and local brands across its 20 commercial slots.
Food enthusiasts have plenty to celebrate as the development welcomes an impressive lineup of anchor tenants including the legendary Ahfat Seafood Plaza, Nonki, and Sora Cafe. From the comfort food of Kenny Rogers Roasters and Ramenikko to the sweet treats of Annipie, Mille Matcha, and Flynn’s Halo-Halo, there is a flavor for every palate.
